An excellent and elegant dry rosé with flavours of red berry and light citrus with a prominent mousse. It is produced from 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Meunier and 33% Pinot Noir. My rating 9/10.

Bollinger Brut Champagne
For New Years Eve 2022/3, we tried this favourite champagne of Winston Churchill. A dry, toasty, well balanced wine that at first I wasn't crazy about but grew to like after a few sips. Enjoyable on its own but I think would be best with food like fish or seafood. 8/10
