A nice dry champagne-style sparkling wine. Dry and fruity which would be good with seafood or chicken. 7/10

Taittenger
Tried for the first time the Taittenger Brut Reserve Champaigne.
Excellent! Now my favorite above my previous favorite, Mumm. Light and
delicate with a very slight citrusy after taste. 10/10. (Pronounced TATE-en-gay, the g as in the French pronunciation of "manger", according to M. Taittenger who runs the Champagne house.)
